T-W On Speed Dial

Time Warner Cable is driving me crazy! It was installed last Thursday and there has been at least one problem everyday since! Today my phone doesn't work and I can't dial the TV. Among all the things that come with Time Warner they should include and ulcer! The employees are very nice but the company stinks! After 30 min. on the phone everything is working. Stay tune for the next problem, probable tomorrow.
