Writing update

I was trilled to get my first letter from an editor, even if it was a rejection. It was encouraging along with an invitation to try again.

Saturday I sat down to work on my current writing assignment. The deadline was three days away. I was surprised to find my printer had died. Following my own advice, " Don't be a helpless female", I went to Best Buys and bought a Kodak printer. My friend later told me that she had a bad experience with Kodak prints. I unpacked and set it up BY MYSELF! I then got on the phone with Kodak. It only took three hours of instruction to get the thing to print. This a major victory for me! I got an extension on the deadline.
